Understand the quality identification method of alloy buttons


What kind of alloy buttons are of better quality? What is the standard for good quality alloy buttons? Practitioners who have just entered the clothing accessories button industry believe that they have thought about or paid more attention to such problems.

Generally speaking-color fastness to rubbing; uniform shape; the smoothness of the button body is good, and the cavity is flat and smooth; fine workmanship, such a button is a good quality button. Of course, for buttons made of different materials (such as resin buttons and shell buttons), there are different standards for judging the quality of buttons. For example, for alloy buttons, many people will weigh it and understand the "gold content".

Inspection methods, requirements and standards for alloy buttons:

1. Control sample or confirm sample. See if the color and model match the sample.

2. There should be no cracks, nicks, unevenness and obvious scratches on the surface of alloy buttons.

3. No car cracks or bubbles on the face and back; no rotten edges and uneven thickness.

4. The pattern should have no obvious deformation, no white eyes, white circles, etc.

5. Buttonholes should be smooth and unobstructed; all pinholes should be pierced or broken, symmetrical and without big eyes. If it is a dark-eye button, the dark-eye slot should be smooth without obvious bursting.

6. After electroplating or other processing, the effect should be uniform. If some special effects are not consistent, they can be packaged separately.

7. Packaging inspection, after the appearance inspection/performance test required by the customer is all qualified, then sub-packaging is carried out. The quantity of packaging should be in accordance with the regulations, and the actual quantity of each bag should be consistent with the prescribed quantity. If it is found that the tolerance is exceeded due to differences in thickness or other reasons, it must be fully inspected.
